Everything aligned amazingly this day. The sun was out, but the clouds were lightly scattered over it. This created the most beautiful filtered light. Pair that with Pryscilla + Mari’s super chill and relaxed vibe and we have Griffith Observatory magic.
This is where six degrees of separation is craaaazy to me. Pryscilla and I (and my wife) actually have a lot of mutual friends and acquaintances. We also work in the same field, but didn’t know each other before this.
These two have a really genuine love. Like it was really calming for me and they were down to do anything so my creative juices were flowing.
The city lines behind us were freaking unreal.
And you never would have guessed that there were literally MOUNDS of people milling about. Ya girl worked her I’m-a-photographer-and-this-is-my-couple-they’re-really-important-so-can-you-hold-on-for-5-seconds magic. Except here. This was funny. People kept walking by and did not have a single care.
I learned that Mari is actually a minimalist and Pryscilla joked that she’d love to put up a photo from the shoot IF he let her, she’d maybe put up ONE photo from the shoot.
I found this really hilarious and wished that I was a minimalist. (I’m pretty much the complete opposite and keep everything.)
See what I mean by chill, relaxed, and down to do anything? She’s running in heels for goodness sakes! I have the most down to earth clients. Also she’s literally the best runner in heels. Look how effortless it looks for them!
Here’s proof that there were DROVES of people there. Pryscilla + Mari, it was an absolute pleasure spending time with you.
